We started printing over a decade ago, learning on the studio floor, not in a classroom. Every technique we offer today, from sublimation to laser engraving, was learned by doing thousands of orders for real clients. That hands-on standard is why nothing ships until it passes our own quality check.

About Us

We work closely with corporate teams, schools, individuals, and event planners across Indore, understanding the brand and the brief before anything goes to press. That upfront work is why clients come back for repeat orders and business as well.

Sublimation, screen printing, DTF, laser engraving, digital printing, vinyl cutting, flex printing, and spot UV finishing, all done in-house. The same studio that prints your 200 piece corporate gift kit also makes neon signs with signages.

GST-registered, open 9 AM to 9 PM every day, and built around a 2-hour WhatsApp response window. Our goal is simple: deliver quality printing at fair prices, with the personal attention of a family-run studio.

A husband-and-wife team combining over a decade of printing expertise and marketing experience, built on a family legacy of more than 6 decades in the printing industry, since 1964.

Rahul joined the family printing business in 1994 at the age of 17, learning the craft hands-on alongside his father Nirmal Kumar Jain at Jainson Printers. Over three decades he has mastered every printing discipline — offset, screen, sublimation, laser engraving, and large-format — building a production instinct that no formal training could replicate.

He leads the studio floor at The Chhapai Hub, overseeing quality at every stage from artwork approval to final packaging. His standard is simple: nothing ships unless he'd be happy to receive it himself.

10+ years

Seema brings a decade of marketing and client-relations experience from the private sector to The Chhapai Hub. Where Rahul speaks the language of the press, Seema speaks the language of the brand — translating client briefs into cohesive identities and ensuring every order feels personal, not transactional.

She manages the client experience end-to-end, from the first WhatsApp enquiry to the follow-up after delivery. Her approach is the reason customers return — and refer.
